Jim draws from a background of leadership, event management, and entertainment management within The Walt Disney Company and as Director of Logistics and Event Preparation for Macy’s, where he led over 130 employees and facilitated event preparation for events reaching an attendance of 175,000. His diverse experience lends perspective to both frontline leaders and senior executives, and allows him to provide organizational solutions unique to each client.
Jim has a bachelor’s degree in speech communications with minors in English and sociology from Hofstra University.

Dee enjoyed a 20 year career with The Walt Disney Company where a key role for Dee was as an internal behavioural coach to the top 800 executives during the leadership culture revitalization initiative known as “Performance Excellence” In her sunset role with the Disney organization she was a member of the first internal Organization Development team, and in this role Dee delivered valuable support and service to multiple Disney divisions, including creative entertainment, merchandise, transportation, security and facilities, where she guided these business units through change management strategies.
Dee is a partner for multiple organizations and industries domestically and globally to establish organizational culture by design.
