AKA Snow White & Tink Mother Daughter Duo, along with The Invest In You Today Happiness Team you will love working with, share their passion for helping you leverage events to grow and scale your business and impact.
Our entire business model and every source of projected revenue in 2020 was not only shut down in March, it became and continues to be, illegal to operate due to Covid 19. Like many of you, we had to explore new ways to do what we do, decide if we could even continue in business, and if we did continue, how were we ever going to deliver the same or better products and services that we were known for with all the new restrictions? And who could we put in front of you to teach the best practices and strategies to grow and scale your leadership excellence, culture, team performance and customer experience, when no one has gone through this pandemic before? It is the strength of our vision that continues to drive us forward, and it can do the same for you.
Most people are focusing on revenue and keeping people safe when the #1 leadership superhero power right now we should all be focusing on to increase revenue and safety, is vision. Why? Because if the people that play a role in the revenue outcomes you need and in protecting your organization from outbreaks, if everyone is aligned around a shared vision, clear about where the company is going, understand how and why their work is important to the overall success for themselves, the organization, the consumer and your community — won’t everyone feel more confident in the future and better equipped to work towards a common purpose yielding faster results? Think about it. If your driver and all the passengers in the car, aren’t clear on where they are going and don’t know the directions, how can they get you to the destination the safest, fastest most effective way? Will it take longer? Cost more in fuel? Create anxiety and frustration in the vehicle? Think of a time you got lost with your spouse or a family member because one of you thought you knew the directions. How fun was that? Definitely not the right atmosphere for your highest performing teams.
